- To manage and develop company business through key selected retailers in a defined sales territory to build a distribution of company brands and optimize visibility in every visibility outlet.
- Meet/exceed the monthly KPIs and set for the territory including every visibility – Product distribution In-store, Call productivity (strike rate), Territory coverage (journey plan adherence)
- Follow up & manage mainly secondary sales
- Communicate sales target for the sales team and distributors on time
- Communicate the sales performance report to sales team and distributors
- Conduct daily, weekly and month sales performance review
- Follow up on time delivery of the primary orders
- Closely working with sales and marketing managers.
- Support the sales team with account development( assign potential Agent on vacant area) and maintenance
- Follow up secondary sales reports and make necessary adjustment (Call Rate, Success rate and strike rate)
- Analyze other KPI reports and take proper support and action
- Assess marketing related reports and provide feedback
- Provide competitor activity related inputs to the sales and marketing managers.
- Fluent English speaking is needed.
- Facilitate weekly and monthly team meeting
- Managing e-mails and other communication mediums (telegram or WeChat)
- Review and maintain outlet master data integrity.
- File all the coaching related communication
- Ensure the fulfillment of sales resources to the team.
- Manage Team’s different leaves and report accordingly.
- Provide downtime and undelivered orders on a weekly and monthly basis

Job Requirements
- More than 3 years sales and marketing working experience in FMCG (Fast moving consumer goods field.
- Professional skill related to sales and marketing.
- Excellent English speaking
