Job Description
· Van Sales is a type of distribution method whereby a manufacturer will bypass Retailer Distribution Centers to deliver and upsell stock directly to retailers. It’s important to keep this process streamlined with an end-to-end platform.
· Van salesmen sell company goods and merchandise directly from their company van or truck.
· Their duties include identifying new sales opportunities, informing regular customers of new products, and meeting sales targets.
· Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Job Requirements
- From recognized university or college graduate BA Degree in marketing management or Accounting and finance or other related courses.
- Worked on van sales in and upcountry markets or minimum for 3 years as van sales.
