Position: Marketing and Sales Expert

Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and sales plans.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve established sales targets.
• Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Identify and acquire new customers while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
• Promote the sales of the company’s water products, trading activities, and other products and services.
• Coordinate advertising, promotional, and digital marketing activities.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports and present them to management.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and other promotional events.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers and partner organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in marketing and sales.
• Experience in FMCG, bottled water manufacturing, or similar business sectors will be an added advantage.

Required Competencies

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent market analysis and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and Digital Marketing Tools.
• Good communication skills in both Amharic and English.
• Results-oriented, accountable, and possessing high ethical standards and professional integrity.
