Job Description:
Tona Coffee is looking for a Sales Supervisor who is energetic, motivated and passionate about sales. The role focuses on growing our customer base, increasing sales and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Promote and sell Tona Coffee products
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports
About You
Requirements:
- Experience in sales is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Based in Addis Ababa
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Minimum Experience:
1–3 years of experience in sales or related field
