Tadesse Desta Business Group (TDBG) is one of the seasoned and prominent Private companies in Ethiopia. It incorporates Four legal business entities namely; Tadesse Desta Import /Export, Aztad Industrial and Trading PLC , Azeb Tadesse Coffee supplier and TADAB Building material & Trading plc. Under its umbrella. It engages in import/export, Labeling, printing & Packaging, transport and manufacturing business.
Currently, Tadesse Desta Business Group has a diversified business activity among which is in the original endeavor of the coffee processing and export, with export destination of USA, Middle East , Europe, South Korea and China; TDBG has diversified on the supply chain with Coffee roasting to Buku Highland coffee production. In addition, TDBG is in the development stage of a Labeling, printing packaging which has commissioned lately.
We are looking for highly motivated & qualified professionals for the Social Media Management & Graphic Design Officer.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Graphic Design
- Asset Creation: Design high-quality digital and print materials, including social media graphics, carousels, infographics, website banners, corporate brochures, business cards, and product packaging labels.
- Multimedia Production: Handle basic video editing and motion graphics for social media reels, corporate short-forms, and exhibition displays.
- Print Coordination: Prepare print-ready design files (pre-flight formatting) and collaborate with production teams or external printers to ensure color accuracy and material quality.
2. Social Media & Content Management
- Content Calendar Management: Plan, schedule, and publish a consistent stream of content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
- Copywriting: Draft compelling, professional captions and micro-copy tailored to both professional B2B audiences (LinkedIn) and consumer audiences (Facebook/Instagram).
- Community Engagement: Monitor social channels, respond promptly to comments and direct messages, and route high-value business leads to the lead generation team.
- Social Listening & Analytics: Track monthly engagement metrics, follower growth, and post-performance to optimize future content strategies.
3. Event & Strategy Support
- Assist in designing visual elements for trade shows, expo booths, and international event invitations.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithms to keep the company’s online presence modern and competitive.

Educational requirement
- BA Degree in Marketing Management, or related fields for 4 years of relevant experience managing professional social media pages and designing corporate/consumer marketing collateral.
Required Skills
- Software Proficiency:
- Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are mandatory.
- Social Tools: Experience with scheduling platforms (Meta Business Suite) and analytics dashboards.
- Design Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating versatile design skills across typography, layout, and social media campaigns is required for application
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic.
